You are going to have this puppy as a companion for the next 10+ years. One of the ways we prove that is through our professional Allocation Process! Honesty is also of utmost importance to us and we pride ourselves in our efforts to produce healthy, outstanding puppies. Yes, they are adorable too. ;o) We do health testing on our breeding dogs. All breeding dogs should be tested and if they fail a test, should be immediately retired from breeding. Unhealthy dogs produce unhealthy puppies and ignorance is not bliss. Our puppies are kept clean and in a calm, friendly environment. We handle them regularly, give them toys to play with, things to climb on, and play a desensitization CD several times a day. When you get your puppy he/she will have had: Deworming
Age appropriate vaccinations
Microchip inserted
24 month health warranty signed
Puppy's pedigree
FREE designer collar and color coordinating leash
First bath & groom
**Copies of all paperwork including parents' pedigrees, health test results on the parents and signed copies of the health warranty.
Limited Lifetime email support is included. Please speak with your own professional vet, groomer, trainer, etc. first.
**When you get your puppy, you will also get a microchip registration card. You will need to complete the microchip registration process when you get home. This is all very beneficial to you. Both parties will sign the health warranty and you'll be given a copy to keep on file (please read over this thoroughly before signing). If you had any concerns before, we hope you can now feel confident that we are doing everything possible to offer the BEST puppies available.
OUR CONCERNS
We greatly appreciate that you are consider a Winding Creek Ranch Doodle! At this point in time, we would like to take the opportunity to make sure you understand what kind of committment a puppy requires. Please read, and consider everything mentioned, before moving forward. This is for the good of the dog, you, and your family. We want this to be a wonderful and completely positive experience for all involved! A dog is a lot of responsibility and not only financially speaking. A puppy should not be brought into a new home and left alone while all members of the household are gone 8+ hours at work and school. There needs to be someone around to take the puppy out to potty and make sure his/her needs are met. Puppies need to eat, drink, and go outside several times during the day. They have very small bladders and cannot be expected to hold it all day. Also, if you want to housebreak your puppy, leaving it alone for several hours will only result in a train wreck. The puppy will have to resort to going in a crate or on your floor. This will very quickly become a habit and will not be the fault of the puppy. The other reason, many people are not aware of, is that a puppy will most literally go crazy if he/she stays in a crate all night, and all day, with no psycological stimulation. Puppies need to get out and play too! If you need to find a support system (mom, sister, friend or neighbor), please have all of this planned out before bringing a new puppy home. Also, puppies/dogs cannot be turned loose outside without a fenced yard. We strongly disagree with chaining a dog outside. A tether could be used if it is only for potty time (5-10 minutes MAX), is supervised, and only then after a training pattern has already been established. The puppy will not understand why he/she is out there on a tether unless it first understands what potty time is. It is also important for the new family to have "time" for the puppy. If you want a calm, happy and well-behaved lifelong companion, you need to spend time with your puppy, taking him/her places and doing things together (go on walks, play fetch, etc.). This will make your puppy bond with your and your family, as well as develop good self-confidence. This is the recipe for a really good companion. Your puppy will require trips to the vet for vaccinations. Regular grooming and good quality food are also very important! If this sounds like something you are ready for and you'd like to move forward, please inquire HERE. That will be the first step in acquiring one of our special puppies. We don't want to discourage you and this is not a painful procedure!! It is just very important to everyone is fully prepared for the responsibility so our puppies will have wonderful lives with their new families. We do thank you again for visiting and hope to hear from you soon. God bless!!
